Facilities Overview

This award winning building offers flexible office accommodation for up to 29 innovative, creative and technology businesses. Equipped with the latest facilities Enterprise@Lincoln is centrally located with excellent access to local amenities and the city's transport network.

All offices include access to wireless broadband, contemporary and well equipped communal kitchens and use of the state-of-the-art meeting rooms with full audio visual suites.

The café on the ground floor offers an informal environment open to all from Monday to Friday. It provides a range of drinks and snacks in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for an intimate meeting or a lunchtime gathering. For those wanting to get out of the office the café also offers free wireless internet both inside and outside.

Our 29 modern offices all have their own unique architectural features and range from 13 sqm to 57 sqm. These practical and stylish spaces are accessible 24 hours a day.

Meeting Rooms

A key feature of Enterprise@Lincoln is our spacious, air conditioned meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 30 boardroom style or 60 theatre style. Designed to provide maximum flexibility our meeting rooms have full audio/visual and wireless facilities; catering and refreshments from our in-house café can be provided at an additional charge.

An alternative space for more informal meetings is our café area. With its relaxed atmosphere it creates the perfect environment to meet with a client or a colleague over coffee.

All of the Enterprise meeting rooms are available to hire at very competitive rates by any business that needs a convenient central location with great facilities.

Green Credentials

Located on once contaminated railway sidings Enterprise@Lincoln is Lincoln's first BREEAM Excellent rated building. The facility adopts a number of visible sustainable design features including a Sedum 'Green' roof incorporating wind cowls and photovoltaic panels, and deep overhanging pods which provide Enterprise@Lincoln with both a powerful identity and essential solar shading to the south facing facades.

The thermal mass of the building is also exploited through exposed concrete soffits and a heavily insulated timber framed external envelope, all construction materials specified are from sustainable sources and the building has been designed to be fully recyclable.

Working in conjunction with intelligent mechanical and electrical systems these key features combine to create a highly energy efficient and sustainable building.
