Recruitment & Development

Enteprise@Lincoln offers a range of additional support services to existing businesses.  These include:

• Internships, these office support to business to recruit recent graduates into their workplace
• Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, Knowledge is a UK-wide programme enabling businesses to improve their competitiveness, productivity and performance.
•  Student Mentoring, an employability mentoring to help develop the soft skills that make students employable, such as self management, communication, problem solving, teamwork, business and customer awareness, leadership and negotiation.
•  The Student Job Shop is based on the University’s Brayford campus, just minutes from Lincoln city centre, it advertises part time, casual, temporary or vacation job vacancies.
